By creating an account or using PHASR Systems ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and [Company Name], registered in the Netherlands.

PHASR Systems is a professional aviation safety engineering platform providing development and safety analysis workbenches. The Service is intended for use by qualified professionals.

Important: PHASR Systems is a tool to assist your work. It does not replace professional engineering judgment, regulatory expertise, or formal certification processes. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your safety assessments and certification submissions.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• One person may not share login credentials with others (Enterprise team accounts excepted)

• Free accounts are provided at no cost with limitations described on our pricing page
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service's software
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to make submissions to certification authorities that you know to be false or misleading

You retain ownership of all project data and documents you create using PHASR Systems. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not use your project content for training AI models or share it with other users or organisations.

PHASR Systems, its software, design, and documentation are owned by [Company Name] and protected by intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHASR Systems is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from certification decisions based on outputs generated by the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
